About the job

In this role, you will help ensure that our properties function optimally, both today and in the future. You will be an important link between our production, property management, and project organization, and you will work closely with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders. You will move around the facility to check installations, follow up on fault reports, or ensure that contractors adhere to given guidelines.

You will also work with:

• Coordinating and following up on ongoing work, both maintenance and new installations.
• Planning machine layouts together with production and other technical areas to ensure that placement, floor load capacity, and HVAC systems are adapted to new needs.
• Continuously updating as-built drawings and documentation so that the technical basis of the property is always current.
• Designing smaller renovations and improvements, where you create drawings and technical solutions in consultation with others.
• Procurement of consultants for larger renovations.
• Project managing HVAC projects.
• Applying for investments for upcoming work at the facility.

Through ongoing contact with operations staff, contractors, and other technical experts, you ensure that the installations work as they should and that the work is carried out according to plan. You will also participate in meetings with project managers, production, and other functions to discuss changes in operations that affect HVAC systems – for example, renovations, new machine installations, or energy improvements.

You will work on-site in Gimo.

Your profile

For this job, we are looking for someone with solid knowledge of HVAC and who is comfortable designing new systems, as-built drawings of existing systems, and leading smaller projects. You are also used to being a support to the HVAC technicians working in the facility. You are proficient in CAD tools such as MagiCAD and preferably Revit, which would be a plus. Knowledge of both Swedish and English is important, while German is an advantage.

To succeed in this role, you are structured and meticulous, while also being flexible and solution-oriented. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks, handle stress constructively, and take the initiative to drive work forward. Collaboration is central – you build good relationships and communicate clearly with both internal and external parties.
