Job Description

We are currently looking for a process operator for our client!

In the role of Process Operator, it is important that you are interested in GMP-regulated manufacturing with a clear focus on quality, compliance with governing documents, and adherence to established instructions.

You should have a genuine interest in technical equipment and process-oriented work where structure and established processes are prerequisites.

The client will place great emphasis on personal qualities, especially the ability to contribute to good teamwork and a well-functioning collaboration within the group and support functions.

We are looking for a person who is meticulous and enterprising and who can understand and follow instructions.

You need to have a technical background and understand manufacturing processes and production flows.

This is a recruitment, and salary will be negotiated with the employer.

Start in January upon agreement.

Responsibilities

As a process operator with the client, you will:

  • Ensure that the necessary raw materials, utensils, and consumables are available at the start of the production batch.
  • Participate in batch planning together with the Senior Production Coordinator.
  • Ensure that premises and equipment are cleaned and tidied before and after each batch.
  • Operationally carry out the steps involved in matrix production (e.g., preparations, diafiltration, filtration, and cleaning of process equipment).
  • Label and package the product for delivery.
  • Compile batch documentation after each batch.
  • Participate in investigations in the event of deviations.
  • Distribute samples internally to QC control and to external laboratories.
  • Take samples of incoming materials.
  • Support with other tasks that are important for the company as needed.

Qualifications

Important experiences to succeed in the role:

  • Experience from a GMP-regulated environment in manufacturing.
  • Good understanding of quality systems, documentation, and compliance with instructions.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Lean principles or continuous improvement work is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a structured, meticulous manner with a strong team spirit and to make your voice heard.
  • Familiarity with the SAP business system is an advantage.
  • Good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
  • At least a high school education, preferably with a technical focus or post-secondary education in process technology, pharmaceuticals, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing or equivalent experience from regulated production.
  • Swedish is a requirement, but since English is the client's corporate language, it is desirable to be able to read and write in English.
