With us, you will work on the preparation of reinvestments and new installations in energy infrastructure – for example in electricity grids, combined heat and power, or other technical facilities. You will prepare documentation, ensure that projects can be executed according to applicable regulations and standards, and coordinate with project managers, technicians, contractors, and authorities. The role requires careful planning and accountability, but also collaboration and dialogue. You will be part of an engaged Energy team that is passionate about developing sustainable and reliable energy solutions. We primarily work on projects in combined heat and power, nuclear power, and electricity distribution, where we collectively contribute to a safe and future-proof energy system. You will be part of our business area Compliance & Management, where we support an efficient transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expertise in areas such as quality, safety, sustainability, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation for projects in electricity distribution, energy, or other regulated industries.
• Conduct site visits, collect data, perform field measurements, and ensure that technical conditions are correct.
• Draw and update cable, network, or facility documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, technicians, contractors, and authorities prior to execution.
• Ensure that the preparation follows relevant regulations, safety requirements, and industry standards.
• Prepare quantities, cost estimates, and order documentation.
• Contribute to good quality and efficient processes in the projects.

Qualifications We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and enjoys collaboration between technology, planning, and practical execution. In addition to your personal qualities, we would like you to have:

• Vocational training as a preparer, electrical engineer, electrical designer, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience as a preparer in electricity distribution, energy, or another related industry.
• Experience working in one of the industry's preparation or documentation systems.
• Basic understanding of contracts, network construction, and installation work.
• ESA training according to industry practice (or a willingness to update it).
• Good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written.

Practical information This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period, located at our office in Uppsala Business Park, Rapsgatan 7E, Uppsala. Travel may occur to our clients. The start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
