Professionals Nord, in collaboration with ScandiNova, is seeking a Technical Project Manager. This position is a direct recruitment, meaning that the recruitment process is conducted through Professionals Nord, and you will be employed directly by ScandiNova. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of customer-specific systems from requirements analysis and design, through production and testing, to installation and customer approval. You will work closely with both the customer and internal specialists, building a clear, solution-oriented dialogue throughout the project's lifecycle.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and follow up projects until customer delivery is approved
• Be responsible for requirements interpretation, change management, and contractual reviews
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, purchasing, testing, and sales
• Participate in FAT/SAT and represent ScandiNova in customer dialogue
• Actively contribute to the development of project models, processes, and working methods
• Ensure clear communication regarding risks, status, decisions, and timelines

• Has several years of experience in technical project management
• Has an engineering background in industrial economics, mechanical engineering, electronics, or similar
• Has experience with project models/tollgates
• Is highly proficient in Excel and preferably Power BI
• Has a good understanding of technical systems and customer order-driven deliveries
• Is fluent in Swedish and English
