About usAleris Uppsala Emergency Care is an emergency reception open every day of the year, from 7 AM to 11 PM. The reception treats patients from 6 months and older for acute infections, wound injuries, and much more that falls within the scope of general medical emergency care. There is also an orthopedic emergency unit with an X-ray lab.

The RoleWe are looking for a specialist in general medicine who also wants to take on the role of Medical Management Responsible (MLA) with us at Uppsala Emergency Care. The role combines clinical work with overall responsibility for the medical quality of the unit.

As MLA, you will be part of our management team. You will work closely with the operations manager and our unit managers to ensure that we continue to deliver safe, secure, and effective care to our patients. We are looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine with a willingness to take responsibility for the medical leadership of the unit. You have a natural ability to motivate and engage your colleagues, while also having an analytical approach to medical issues. Experience in leadership is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the drive and willingness to grow in the role. It is important that you master the Swedish language, both written and spoken. If you also have additional language skills, it is a plus.
