About the Job

As a graphic designer with marketing coordinator responsibilities at the Client, you will become a central part of the marketing team and work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager. The role combines creative creation with strategic and operational work, giving you the opportunity to both develop visual material and contribute to the implementation of campaigns and activities.
In this role, you will work with both marketing coordination and graphic production. The distribution may vary over time, sometimes focusing more on design and production, and at other times more on planning, follow-up, and coordination of marketing activities. You will create visual content and design materials that strengthen the client's brand while contributing to the planning and coordination of marketing efforts. The role suits you if you want to make a difference with both design and structure, in an environment where you can take responsibility and see the results of your work.
Examples of tasks:
• Create and produce visual materials for print, digital channels, and social media, including brochures, advertisements, infographics, product images, and simpler motion graphics.
• Develop visual concepts and ensure that all communication follows the client's graphic profile and tone.
• Work on creative projects from idea to finished material, including illustrations and visual presentations.
• Be responsible for artwork and product-related design such as packaging, labels, and product materials, in close collaboration with quality and product development.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on marketing activities and campaigns together with the marketing team.
• Publish and manage content on the website and social media.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external agencies to ensure quality and delivery of materials.
The position is a direct recruitment. The position is full-time with placement at the office in Kungsholmen. Start date is according to agreement.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is passionate about graphic design but also appreciates the variation in a coordinating role. You are creative, self-driven, and proactive, with an eye for detail and a knack for creating visually engaging materials. At the same time, you thrive in structure, planning, and keeping track of deadlines.
We believe you have:
• Post-secondary education in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or equivalent.
• Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; preferably Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• Experience in creating graphic materials for digital and printed channels.
• Good understanding of brand building and visual communication.
• Strong sense of color, form, and detail.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress), SEO, or email marketing is a plus, but the most important thing is your creativity, curiosity, and willingness to develop.
