We are seeking a developer who can take a leading role in our solution development in Microsoft Power Platform – with model-driven apps as the primary focus, and canvas apps as a complementary area. The role involves structuring data models and building scalable business solutions.

Buildable offers products and services in digitization and IT support for efficient and sustainable community building. We provide innovative management systems, project spaces, and consulting services in IT, VDC, digitization, BIM, etc.

About the position - What you will do

We specialize in implementing task-based management systems for construction contractors and consulting firms. The system is built entirely within the customer's existing Microsoft 365 environment, without external platforms. It provides clear oversight and control, an ISO-compliant working method that actually works in everyday life. We offer a modern, task-based management system that helps the client meet ISO requirements, organize KMA work, and create both thriving organizations and successful projects.

Buildable also currently supports the parent company Qflow and some of its subsidiaries with IT partnerships and support. This will continue to develop, and we look forward to expanding this assignment both within the group and towards other clients. Your tasks will thus include:

• Helping to build and strengthen Buildable to become a leading player in IT partnerships “IT for builders, by builders”
• Acting as a consultant for external clients where the offering is partly your own knowledge and expertise
• Developing solutions in Microsoft Power Platform
• Creating and configuring model-driven apps in Dataverse (tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules)
• Building canvas apps as a complement
• Designing scalable data models that support business processes
• Developing C# plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript for forms and web resources
• Integration and automation
• Implementing advanced flows with Power Automate
• Managing integrations with other systems (APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps)
• Configuring and integrating with SharePoint Online for document flows
• Technical specification – documenting solutions and creating development materials
• Acting as a support technician for the group's subsidiaries and other clients

About you - who we believe you are

• Have deep experience in developing model-driven apps in Dataverse, including table structure, relationships, forms, views, and business rules
• Can work with customizations and logic via C# plugins, custom workflows, or JavaScript for forms and web resources
• Are experienced in handling advanced integrations and automations with Power Automate
• Have a good understanding of SharePoint Online and how it is used to support document management and integration
• Are comfortable analyzing business needs, translating them into robust processes, and creating solutions that work over time
• Work meticulously and systematically with documentation, version control, and quality assurance
• Networking and social – you are a person who sees opportunities in every project and has the desire and drive to create upselling
• Communication is key – especially since we mostly work remotely

Meritorious:

• Experience with advanced Power Fx and canvas apps
• Experience with Dataverse security roles and more complex permission logic
• Knowledge of API integrations, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, or DevOps processes
• Experience training users, developing technical specifications, or supporting requirement work
