SiATM is a Swedish technology company that develops customized systems and applications within ATM (Air Traffic Management). The end users are air traffic controllers who manage and monitor air traffic – on the ground and in the airspace. The company consists of about 15 employees in an environment where technology, long-term thinking, and customer-oriented solutions are in focus. Customers are not only located in Sweden; here you will have the opportunity to make customer visits all over the world.

Professionals Nord is seeking a Technical Project Manager in collaboration with SiATM. The role is a direct recruitment, meaning you will be employed directly by SiATM. Job responsibilities

The role includes leading and following up on projects within management, after-sales, and further development of existing systems. It is not a purely administrative project management role – you need to understand the technology to make the right decisions and be a sounding board for the team.

You will, among other things:

• Have daily contact with developers and follow up on how the work is progressing
• Be a support and assist in the process and ensure that development follows technical specifications and requirements
• Work closely with documentation, data, and requirements management
• Understand the systems' areas of use and participate in specifications, prototypes, and testing

The role suits you who come from industrial system environments, such as real-time systems, defense/telecom/automation – and who want to continue developing in a specialist industry.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in technical leadership, project management, or work leadership within industrial or technology-heavy systems
• Have the ability to read, understand, and work towards technical specifications
• Thrive in roles where relationship-building and intuition are as important as technology
• Have a background as a system engineer, programmer in real-time systems, technical project manager, requirements leader, or similar industrial role
• Are comfortable in dialogue with developers and can engage in technical discussions

• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
