Strömsund Municipality is seeking an experienced nurse for a temporary assignment:

• Period: December 15, 2025 – February 1, 2026
• Scope: Full-time (100%)
• Location: Hoting area
• Work area: Special housing and outdoor district

• Medication management and sampling
• Wound dressing and acute assessments
• Care planning and doctor rounds
• Palliative care
• Responsibility for special housing and outdoor district during daytime
• Solo work during weekends (including Backe area)

Daytime 07:30-16:30 with a 60-minute lunch. Weekend work may occur. The assignment covers weeks 51-52 (2025) and 1-5 (2026).

• LifeCare HSL (HSL module)
• Documentation according to ICF and KVÅ
• Care planning system: Cosmic LINK

• Updated Swedish CV
• Two written references
• Valid professional license
• Extract from IVO and HOSP (max 6 months old)
• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Driving license B
• Specify desired vacation in the offer

Other

Experience with LifeCare HSL is an advantage. The assignment requires physical presence and cannot be performed remotely. Introduction will be provided according to the municipality's framework agreement.
