About the role

As a demolition and remediation worker at Topper AB, you will work in Västervik and surrounding areas. Your workplaces will vary from large public buildings to private homes, and you will have the opportunity to grow in your professional role.

We provide the necessary training and fitness certificates as well as the protective equipment required for you to perform your work safely and in accordance with applicable regulations.

Topper AB has collective agreements and contractual salaries. We are looking for both those interested in a short-term employment contract and those who want a permanent position.

About you

We are looking for both those who are interested in learning the trade and those with many years of experience. Previous experience in asbestos remediation is highly meritorious.

As a person, we see that you are safety- and quality-conscious. You are at work to work, thrive on and grow from taking responsibility, and are interested in developing and learning new things.

If you have valid fitness certificates and current training, we see it as a great plus. However, Topper AB provides all certificates you do not already have and that you need to perform your work safely and securely.

A valid B driver's license is required for this role.

As we work with clients with high safety requirements, you may be required to present an extract from the criminal record during the final process.

About the company

Topper AB was founded in 2012 in Västervik, with a service offering focused on washing and painting metal roofs. Since then, the company has grown in both service offerings and number of employees. Today, Topper AB is a group with two subsidiaries and a total of about 40 employees, of which nine are office staff, who sell and perform services in demolition, remediation, and core drilling, as well as work with surface finishes on floors and ceilings. We currently operate throughout Kalmar County, with offices in Västervik (Topper AB and Topcoat AB) and Kalmar (Topper Kalmar).
