About the role

As a driller at Topper AB, you will work with:

- Wall sawing

- Floor sawing

- Hand sawing

- Wire sawing

- Core drilling

- Installation holes

You will be based in Västervik or Oskarshamn and work in these areas and surroundings. Your workplaces will vary from large public properties to private homes, and you will be given the opportunity to grow in your professional role.

We provide the training and serviceability certificates required for you to perform your work safely and in accordance with applicable regulations.

We have collective agreements and contractual salaries. The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period.

About you

We believe that you have sufficient experience in the drilling profession to function independently in your role today. You should have documented experience in planning your work. In addition, we see that you have the ability to work efficiently with maintained safety and quality, and enjoy taking responsibility.

You should be familiar with common drilling equipment and techniques, and preferably be interested in the industry's technological development.

If you have an SSG card, valid serviceability certificates for quartz and vibrations, as well as training in hot work, mobile work platforms, and scaffolding, it is a plus, but not mandatory. Topper AB provides all the certificates you need to perform your work safely and securely.

A B driver's license is a requirement for this role.

As we work with customers with high security requirements, you may be required to present an extract from the criminal record.

About the company

Topper AB was founded in 2012 in Västervik, with a service offering focused on washing and painting of sheet metal roofs. Since then, the company has grown, both in terms of service offerings and number of employees. Today, Topper AB is a group with two subsidiaries and a total of around 40 employees, including nine white-collar workers, selling and performing services in demolition, remediation, drilling, and work with surface layers on floors and roofs. We currently operate throughout Kalmar County, with offices in Västervik (Topper AB and Topcoat AB) and Kalmar (Topper Kalmar).
