Kalmar VVS & Elmontage offers a position as Service Electrical Installation Supervisor

As a Supervisor, you are responsible for the implementation of our service work.

You are also responsible for assignments with existing customers where you carry out calculation and quotation work.

You lead and develop the daily operations towards set goals for productivity, quality, and safety. You manage the work from start to finish, including calculation, quotation work, work management, and planning. You have ongoing coordination with fitters, suppliers, partners, and end customers.

As a supervisor with us, you will have a fun, varied, interesting, and qualified job in a successful company with short decision-making processes. You have daily contact with our fitters, and some personnel responsibility is part of the position.

To succeed in the assignment, you have an education in Electrical Installation or other relevant education that we consider equivalent. You have experience in the industry and have previously held a role as a service manager, project manager, or equivalent. For this position, a B driver's license is required.

You are driven and flexible, good at communicating, value good collaborations, and build long-term relationships.
