We are currently looking for nursing assistants who want to work day, evening, and weekend shifts in home care for Rosavilla.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include providing care, assistance, and support to clients based on their individual needs and creating a meaningful everyday life for them. You will also establish implementation plans for the clients you are assigned as a contact person. We work according to a salutogenic approach, which means we focus on the strengths of each individual.

Our staff works during the day, evening, and weekends.

The municipality of Västervik has a desired employment level, which means you can choose an employment level between 50-100%. You will have resource days in your schedule, and the times on these days may change.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. For this position, you also need to have a B driver's license.

The positions require you to plan your work to meet the clients' needs. You must be flexible and able to quickly adapt to changes in the operation. A positive attitude and a good approach are very important. You also need to be stable and secure in yourself, be attentive, and have a good ability to collaborate with clients, relatives, and colleagues.

We place great value on commitment to the work and a desire to contribute to the best of the operation.

The position requires basic IT skills to work with the systems we use for record-keeping and more.

You also need to have basic knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken.
