About the Company

We are NearYou. We have evolved from being just another company to becoming a community player. With us as your partner and employer, we promise to deliver more of what we excel at. We excel at being close, human, and a counterbalance to stress, treating people as individuals rather than statistics, and combating an overly impersonal digitalization.

We are there for you, with a handshake, a promise. We aim to provide what we believe a broken job market needs. For you as a candidate, this means having a supporter regardless of where you are or want to be in your career. We want to be the stability in a fast-paced world. We support, challenge, and ask how you are doing. Naturally, we think.

Job Description

As a service technician, you will be responsible for maintenance and service in ventilation, plumbing, cooling, and control systems at our customer's site.

You will perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and energy efficiency. The role involves handling technical issues, conducting quality checks, and documenting completed work.

You will collaborate with colleagues and customers to deliver high-quality solutions and contribute to improving the operation and functionality of complex technical systems.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with education in ventilation, plumbing, cooling, or control systems. You should have experience working as a service technician in these areas. Your ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics is good, as well as your skills in troubleshooting and repairs.

It is advantageous if you have experience in control and regulation technology and/or certifications in refrigeration or plumbing. Knowledge of energy efficiency and a habit of working with digital control systems can give you an edge.

Furthermore, we value experience in project management or coordination within technical projects. Experience in customer interaction and the ability to work independently as well as in a team are also desirable qualities for the role of a service technician.

A driver's license and good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required to perform the work efficiently and safely.
