Job DescriptionAs a service painter, you will be responsible for maintenance and repair painting within our property portfolio located centrally in Kalmar. You will address surface coatings and error reports mainly in the interior environment, with occasional service painting of exterior environments. Together in the team, you will work to continuously improve the quality of our properties and thereby create value for the tenants.

You will meet our tenants daily and be a part of the company's outward face, which requires professional customer service and service management.

The regional office in Kalmar currently consists of a team of 13 colleagues who together develop, operate, and manage a property portfolio of 100,000 sqm spread across 42 properties, containing both residential apartments and commercial premises with various activities. Teamwork and camaraderie are important to us; we support and help each other in big and small matters.

Your BackgroundWe are looking for someone who is used to planning and managing their own work. You have relevant and several years of experience in a similar role. As a service painter, you work independently with freedom under responsibility. You have a knack for communicating and building good relationships with both colleagues and customers.

Since you will need to transport yourself between our properties daily, a B driver's license is required. In addition, good computer skills are necessary to efficiently handle incoming error reports. You need to be fluent in Swedish both verbally and in writing, and also have good knowledge of English.

Start Date and Conditions

The position is a permanent employment with a start date to be agreed upon. We mainly operate at a fixed workplace based at our regional office on Adelgatan in Funkabo. This means that an assigned service car is available during working hours. Piecework wages are not applied.
