We are now looking for a project manager for security technical solutions to join our team in Kalmar! Responsibilities

As a project manager for security technical solutions, you will take on significant responsibility and have a coordinating role where you act as the spider in the web. Our clients turn to us for a security technical solution beyond the ordinary, which places high demands on your ability to deliver the best solution. In your daily work as a project manager:

• Work on complex security projects for authorities, municipalities, and companies.
• Financial follow-up and result responsibility. You will be involved in creating the budget and ensuring it is maintained throughout the project.
• You will help plan the work together with technicians and determine if any subcontractors are needed.
• You will work closely with the salesperson to set the right timeline and ensure good delivery to the client.

Qualifications

You have previously worked as a project manager or held a leading technical role for at least 2 years. We also believe that you:

• Have completed high school education, preferably in technology, economics, or electrical engineering.
• Communicate well in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Have a B driver's license.
• Have good knowledge of MS Office.

Meritorious

• Knowledge of BAS-U & BAS-P.
• Knowledge of contract law.
• Knowledge of AutoCad.
• Experience working with/in installation projects with electrical contractors.

To be employed by us, Swedish citizenship, a successful background check, and reference checks are required. A prerequisite for being employed by us is that you are approved by the County Administrative Board.

The position is placed in a security class with our clients, which requires you as a candidate to undergo a security assessment according to Chapter 3, Section 1 of the Security Protection Act (2018:585). The security assessment consists of a basic investigation, a security assessment interview, and a background check with the Security Police. A successful security assessment is a prerequisite for the position.
