Do you want to help create a fantastic experience for our guests at a new, exciting restaurant by the sea this summer? Sandviks Brygga, located in Sandvik – Öland's Village of the Year and only about 30 km north of Borgholm – is now looking for dedicated and service-oriented serving staff ahead of our opening in early June.

It is Bistro Casper from Stockholm that has purchased the old harbor warehouse and is completely renovating it into a modern and fresh restaurant with a brand new kitchen and a completely new serving area. The restaurant will open in June 2025 and will be open every day from 09:00 to 23:00. Work will be done in various shifts – both weekdays and weekends.

About the job

As part of the serving team at Sandviks Brygga, you will be the face of the restaurant and an important part of our guests' experience. Your tasks will include:

• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Contributing to a pleasant atmosphere and providing first-class service
• Building good relationships with guests and making them feel welcome
• Helping to keep the serving area clean and well-organized

We are looking for someone who

• Wants to work part-time or full-time
• Is positive, social, and has an easy time building relationships with guests
• Is meticulous, responsible, and can handle stress
• Can collaborate easily and work in a team
• Is available to work both weekdays and weekends during the summer

Previous experience in serving is an advantage, but not a requirement – we are looking for someone with the right attitude and a desire to provide guests with the best possible experience!
