Halltorps Gästgiveri is Looking for Receptionists for the Summer Season 2025

Position Available: Receptionist. We are looking for receptionists who want to warmly welcome our guests to Halltorps Gästgiveri.

We are seeking individuals with a genuine sense of service and a strong interest in our guests.

You are responsible, flexible, and capable of working in a sometimes very fast-paced environment – quick decisions are made daily.

You value high service levels and quality.

As a person, you are meticulous, unpretentious, positive, and self-assured with high social competence.

You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.

You need to be over 20 years old and be willing to work both day and evening shifts during weekdays and weekends.

We perform standard reception tasks such as check-in and check-out, handling the telephone switchboard, cash handling, room bookings, conference services, and email correspondence.

The reception staff also handle some sales and service in the bar and ensure that the lobby is clean and tidy.

We work in the booking system Sirvoy.
