We offer a workplace where we see our staff as an investment and actively work to maintain a good working environment where everyone feels well and there is order and structure. Working hours are primarily during the day, but some evening shifts may also occur. The ingredients come mainly from our Småland region, and we work with menus that maintain high quality and follow the seasons of the year. In Astrid Lindgren's World, there are 4 restaurants of different character, one of which was new for the 2024 season. Astrid Lindgren's Näs has a restaurant with a café section. We believe that you have education and experience in the culinary field and now want to take a step further in your development. You have experience working in a leadership role and are proficient in both Swedish and English, as it may sometimes be necessary to communicate in both languages. You enjoy having order around you and find it easy to collaborate and get everyone in the team to work towards the same goal.

Working hours and employment period vary depending on the position. These are seasonal positions with weekend work, and some evening shifts may occur. Astrid Lindgren's World is open during the summer season from May 16 to August 17.
