Job Responsibilities

Home care is a changing workplace where it is important for employees to be able to adapt quickly to provide good and close care to our users. Therefore, it is also important to have a spider in the web regarding planning and coordination so that the user's needs can be at the center of those who will perform the services.

To fit this role, you need to be able to think and plan long-term. At the same time, you need to focus on making the details of everyday work function optimally for both managers and employees. You also need to be able to listen to the various questions and concerns that arise among employees and managers.

Therefore, we now need you. The position is a temporary position for 1 year as a coordinator for Mörlunda home care.

In your role, you will, among other things, coordinate and assist with:

• Planning daily services for users in home care
• Staffing: all absences such as emergency staffing, sick leave, vacation, main vacation.
• Scheduling
• Reporting faults/work orders to, for example, Riksbyggen, Hultsfred housing's caretakers, and the organization's caretakers.
• Ordering medical transport and special transport
• Assisting in setting up times for meetings, etc.

Your working hours will be 6:30 AM - 3:15 PM Monday - Friday.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has previous experience in coordination and scheduling. Great emphasis is placed on your personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
