Job Responsibilities

Your mission will be to lead and drive the educational work at the preschool together with other educators based on the curriculum and other governing documents.

As a preschool teacher, you will play an important role in the daily activities of the preschool, where you, with a conscious approach, enable children to discover and develop their abilities in a multifaceted way. An important part of the work is to ensure that all children feel seen and have a natural place in the preschool.

You are responsible for providing children with a learning, challenging, meaningful, creative, and exciting play and learning environment. Together with your colleagues, you will engage in a constantly evolving educational dialogue with a desire to change, deepen, and develop.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a qualified preschool teacher and thus eligible for a license. We would prefer that you have previous experience working with children.

You have a positive attitude and an interest in developing work methods as well as sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues.

The position is a Special fixed-term employment at 50% starting from January 13, 2026.
