Job Responsibilities

Your task will be to lead and drive the educational work in the after-school program together with other educators based on the curriculum and other governing documents.

As an after-school educator, you will have an important role in the daily operations where you, with a conscious approach, enable children to discover and develop their abilities in a multifaceted way. An important part of the work is to ensure that all children feel seen and that they have a natural place in the school and after-school program.

You are responsible for providing children with a learning, challenging, meaningful, creative, and exciting play and learning environment. Together with your colleagues, you engage in a constantly evolving educational dialogue with a desire to change, deepen, and develop.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a teaching license as an after-school educator or a teacher with a focus on after-school programs. If you do not have a license, you are also welcome to apply.

We would like you to have previous experience working with children. You have a positive attitude and an interest in developing work methods as well as sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues.
