Within the Department of Children and Education, our approximately 3,000 employees meet around 14,000 children and students in more than 100 preschools and schools throughout the municipality every day. Every child and student in Sundsvall's preschools and schools should be able to develop, learn, and achieve their goals according to their own conditions. Every student should leave school with the will, knowledge, and good conditions to meet adulthood and the future.

Stöde School is a K-9 school located about a 40-minute drive west of Sundsvall. The school has around 260 students and an after-school program with approximately 100 children. We are about 50 employees working together in various roles.

At Stöde School, we develop together with an eye towards the future, aiming to be a stable and safe knowledge hub for both students and staff. Our organization is characterized by short decision-making paths, joy at work, and great commitment. We have a well-functioning student health program where all professions collaborate to ensure every student succeeds.

Would you like to help create an inspiring and developing learning environment for our students? We are now looking for an engaged and structured physical education teacher who puts the student at the center.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a knowledgeable and committed teacher in physical education and health for grades K-4. You will plan, implement, and evaluate your teaching with a focus on the students' individual development and well-being. There is an opportunity to work 50-100%, depending on whether the position is combined with another subject and/or mentorship.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a certified teacher in physical education and health. You are a clear and confident leader who creates joy in movement, safety, and motivation among students. We are looking for someone who builds relationships and is professional, with a genuine interest in seeing each student grow. We place great importance on personal suitability.
