Bergslyan Preschool is a staff cooperative located in Rundvik. We have two departments.
We believe that learning environments are important, and we see outdoor activities as an opportunity for play and development. We maintain an open climate and collaboration. The departments are divided into older and younger children.
Job Responsibilities:
As a preschool assistant, you will be part of a team responsible for stimulating each child's development and learning. Education must always be based on scientific principles and proven experience regarding both content and methods.
Our team works systematically and purposefully to create a shared understanding of our mission according to the curriculum and the Education Act. We use the documentation tool TYRA, which allows guardians to have influence and participation.
Your Profile:
You have good collaboration skills, you are a good relationship builder, and you can contribute to a positive collaborative climate in our team to achieve a favorable environment for children's development and learning.
According to the Education Act, a criminal record check is required before employment begins.
