The position will be based in Lycksele and the work primarily involves assignments for our local customers in Lycksele and Umeå. In this role, you will also be part of our national team with online delivery.

As a Rehabilitation Coordinator at Falck Health and Occupational Life, you play a very important role in creating value and results for our customers, where your work creates opportunities for early interventions aimed at promoting health in the workplace. You drive rehabilitation cases forward with the customer in collaboration with cross-functional teams at Falck consisting of, among others, company doctors, company nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, etc. You have overall responsibility for a structured and effective rehabilitation process and work consultatively to convey knowledge about workplace and health issues.

Our customers come from all sectors, both private and public, large and small businesses. This provides an interesting variation in your job, and you will meet a variety of cultures and individuals with the opportunity to focus and deepen your work in one or more other areas, such as alcohol and drug issues.

You will, among other things, work with:

  • Coordinating and collaborating with various actors in the rehabilitation process both externally and within Falck
  • Leading rehabilitation meetings with the customer team within Falck and at customer companies
  • Planning and coordinating rehabilitation plans developed to actively promote return to work
  • Motivational conversations and psychosocial support for individuals in their rehabilitation process
  • Support and close collaboration with managers and HR at the customer company to ensure that the process moves forward

We are looking for someone who;

  • Has at least a bachelor's degree as an occupational therapist or similar
  • Has good experience in rehabilitation issues, preferably from occupational health care or consulting companies
  • Has good IT skills and the ability and interest to deliver in digital tools
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Experience in working with rehabilitation issues related to the employer's responsibility for the work environment
  • Experience in project management/coordinating leadership of team work
  • With coordinator training, e.g., KI's coordination efforts, to coordinate sick leave and the rehabilitation process

Other:

Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time position with a start date according to agreement. Working hours are weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm without weekends.

The position may involve travel within the local area as needed, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
