About the Position

The position is a needs-based employment with a great opportunity for permanent employment. The shifts are primarily scheduled on weekends during the day from 07:00 to 16:00 and in the evening from 16:00 to 00:00, with the possibility of working weekdays in case of illness.

About the User

I am a cheerful 44-year-old woman with a great interest in baking, shooting, and I enjoy listening to podcasts. I consider myself an animal lover and have guinea pigs. I am an active person and enjoy attending lectures, performances, and I love to have coffee!

About You

It is advantageous if you have experience in healthcare and social services, but it is not a requirement.

Verbal communication is particularly important with this user, so it is a requirement that you have good language skills.

You are humble, attentive, and responsible. The assistance assignment is significant and requires you to be empathetic, understand other people's needs, and try to come up with solutions in consultation with the user. We value that you are supportive and have the ability to motivate.
