YOUR NEW JOB

As a social worker with us, you will have an important and stimulating job with good opportunities for personal development. The assignment includes investigating, deciding, implementing, and following up on interventions. The work also includes counseling, documentation, planning, and coordination in both internal and external contacts. In addition to handling cases within children and families, other tasks within individual and family care may arise. You will also have close collaboration with other operations within the social sector.

YOUR COMPETENCE

We are looking for someone who is a trained social worker, and it is a plus if you have knowledge of Signs of Safety and BBIC. Experience in public authority work within children and families is an advantage.

To succeed and thrive in the job, you need to have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You are structured and can plan and drive your own cases independently, but you can also ask for help when needed. You have good collaboration and communication skills. You also have the ability to prioritize and adapt your work when circumstances change. We use the documentation system LifeCare, so it is a plus if you have experience with this system.

With us, you will work in a smaller team, which provides closeness to colleagues and management in the form of a unit manager and senior social worker. There is also a sense of community and laughter.

Social workers are divided into smaller teams and primarily work either with the adult target group, LSS, and social psychiatry or children and youth, but they collaborate closely across boundaries and help each other when needed. We are in a phase where we are looking at how we organize ourselves to best meet citizens by being easily accessible and preventive while also working as efficiently and sustainably as possible.
