Description

The Labor Market Unit is looking for a labor market administrator, full-time, permanent.

The Labor Market Unit at Vilhelmina Municipality works to increase employability for people who are outside the labor market, focusing on youth and young adults. The unit has several workplaces that meet participants' needs and orientations, including Cornelia, the Photo Archive, and the Recreation Bank.

The Labor Market Unit is led by a manager for labor market and adult education.

The labor market administrator is the entry point for new participants and supports the operational managers with a focus on participants' path to self-sufficiency. The organization also includes Vilhelmina Learning Center, which works with adult learning and skills supply, as well as Immigration Services, the municipality's refugee coordination.

Job Responsibilities

The labor market administrator guides participants to the Labor Market Unit's workplaces, to internships, or other initiatives aimed at self-sufficiency. You will also be responsible for municipal activity responsibility for youth aged 16-20 who are outside of work or studies. You will manage contacts internally within the group, with authorities, organizations, and companies for planning the reception of new participants. You will be involved in various development projects related to the position. You will be part of the unit's management group.

Qualifications

You have the ability to meet each individual where they are and see opportunities that promote individual development. To succeed in the role, you need to be structured, attentive, and possess good leadership qualities. Personal suitability is of great importance for the job.

You have a relevant university degree and are qualified in the field. You have the ability to drive projects in a structured and forward-looking manner.

Conditions

A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position. A probationary period may apply.
