We are currently seeking a personal assistant for a female user in her 40s in Ersboda!

Your Responsibilities

You will support and assist a woman in her daily activities. The work primarily takes place in her home, where you will help create structure and order by maintaining good routines. You will also assist her with personal hygiene, cleaning, and basic physiotherapy.

The user enjoys activities such as reading, crafting, social gatherings, and having coffee in town. Your role will be to be there as support in these activities and help ensure her everyday life runs smoothly and safely.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience working with people, preferably in healthcare and social services. It is desirable that you are a trained nursing assistant, caregiver, or similar. Experience with diabetes, epilepsy, and medication delegation is a plus.

As a personal assistant, you need to be attentive and empathetic, with the ability to focus on the user's needs. You are responsible, reliable, and enjoy creating safety and structure in everyday life. Flexibility and patience are important, as well as good collaboration skills and respectful interaction. The role often includes practical tasks, so attention to detail and a positive attitude towards helping where needed are valuable traits. We place great importance on your personal suitability.

To communicate effectively with the user, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent part-time employment of approximately 80%, starting on 2026-02-01. Working hours are scheduled for evenings, nights, and weekends.
