About us

Vasagatan is a group home for adults covered by LSS group 1. We have residents with varying needs. We work with individually tailored support based on clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal responses. Together with your colleagues, you will constantly evaluate and adapt your working methods to the individual's best interests. As a housing supporter with us, you primarily work with our residences, although some administrative tasks such as social documentation and the establishment of implementation plans are included in the work. Another important part of the job is to collaborate with the resident's network, such as relatives, daily activities, LSS caseworkers, authorities, and regional contacts, etc..

About the position

We are now looking for a new housing supporter for our operations. As a housing supporter, you work with people who need support with their daily living. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

In this role, you will:

•  Provide individual support, care, and service interventions
• Plan and carry out activities with the client
• Perform delegated health and medical tasks

Employment conditions

Part-time 50% with the possibility of full-time during the summer. 

We apply individual salary setting and other compensations are according to collective agreements. The position will start no earlier than February 2, 2026. The position will last for 7 months.

As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position of housing supporter also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness. To apply for the position, you must have: 

•  Education as a nursing assistant, special educator, or behavioral scientist
• Experience from similar operations
• Knowledge of low-arousal responses, clarifying pedagogy
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as documentation is a significant part of the work
• B driver's license
