Your new position

Do you want to work in a role where you can use your technical skills while helping people in their daily lives? We are looking for a technical support representative who is passionate about problem-solving and excellent service.

  • Provide technical support to users regarding IT, systems, and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with both hardware and software
  • Document cases in the support system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth solutions

Your background

We are looking for someone who is curious, meticulous, and has a genuine interest in technology and customer service. You thrive in an environment where you can take responsibility, work independently, and contribute to the team's common goals.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
  • Good understanding of Windows, Office365, and networks
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure, and some ticketing system
  • A service-oriented, solution-focused, and stress-resistant personality
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
