JOB DESCRIPTION
In 2026, significant changes are planned within the guardianship services in Sweden. Therefore, we are looking for a guardianship officer for a fixed-term position to strengthen the Joint Guardianship Committee's operations in Ljungby municipality as we enter this year's change work.
Primarily, we are looking for a person to review both digital and paper files to verify and manage certain registered information. Other tasks at the workplace may also occur.
The workgroup consists of six employees who handle over 900 guardianships (guardianship, administration, and custody) in the municipalities of Ljungby, Markaryd, and Älmhult.
QUALIFICATIONS
The role of a guardianship officer requires attention to detail and a sense for administrative work. You should be able to quickly interpret and understand information, which requires good language skills in Swedish and good computer skills.
Since the work involves handling personal matters, it requires good judgment regarding confidentiality and consideration of individuals' rights.
Experience in administration or handling is an advantage.
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability for the role.
