Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the telephone exchange.
• Contribute to a top-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to further develop and improve our services.

Requirements:

• Good computer skills and technical interest.
• Strong communication skills and a good sense of service.
• Independent but also comfortable working in a team.
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn new tasks and develop within the role.

Desirable experiences:

• Previous work in technical support.
• High school education with an IT focus.
• Experience in customer service or telephony.
