About the Role
As a B2B Sales Representative/Appointment Setter, you will become a central part of the company's sales team. Your primary task will be to connect with solar installers and other companies in the industry, schedule meetings, and build long-term customer relationships. You will work both via phone and digital channels, with the goal of identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role is suitable for you who thrive in a social and goal-oriented environment and who want to grow in sales within a future-oriented industry.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Contact solar installers and companies in the energy sector
- Schedule meetings and follow up on leads for the sales department
- Identify new business opportunities and develop customer relationships
- Work goal-oriented towards clear sales and activity targets
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales
- Has experience or a good understanding of the solar or energy industry
- Is communicative, social, and enjoys an outgoing role
- Works in a structured manner and is motivated by achieving set goals
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English
