About the Role

As a B2B Sales Representative/Appointment Setter, you will become a central part of the company's sales team. Your primary task will be to connect with solar installers and other companies in the industry, schedule meetings, and build long-term customer relationships. You will work both via phone and digital channels, with the goal of identifying and developing new business opportunities. Your Main Responsibilities:

• Contact solar installers and companies in the energy sector
• Schedule meetings and follow up on leads for the sales department
• Identify new business opportunities and develop customer relationships

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales
• Has experience or a good understanding of the solar or energy industry
• Is communicative, social, and enjoys an outgoing role
• Works in a structured manner and is motivated by achieving set goals
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English
