Our Operations

The Central Preparation Unit, CBE, is part of the Pharmaceuticals and Pharmacy operations and belongs to the unit for Pharmaceutical Preparation at Akademiska sjukhuset. At CBE, we manufacture cytostatic preparations and other aseptic medicines for the hospital's departments. The work is carried out in cleanroom facilities specially built for this purpose. The Pharmaceutical Preparation unit also includes the Radiopharmaceutical Preparation Unit, RBE.

We are now looking for a pharmaceutical assistant for the Pharmaceutical Preparation unit for hourly employment based at CBE.

Your Assignment

As a pharmaceutical assistant, your tasks will include: inventory management, such as ordering, receiving, unpacking, and packaging, as well as picking for preparations in cleanrooms. The work is performed partly in cleanroom-classified facilities and in close collaboration with the unit's pharmacists, and is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations (GMP).

With us, you will work in a close-knit team characterized by good collaboration, high competence, flexibility, and responsibility, with the patient's best interests in focus. We are a natural part of the hospital and have close contact with ordering departments and other employees within our organization.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education and good knowledge of the Swedish language. You should have experience working with computers and some familiarity with inventory management. Experience from working in cleanrooms, preferably in extemporaneous production or hospital pharmacies, is an advantage.

Your Competence

As a person, you are quality-conscious, flexible, service-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You show commitment, take responsibility for the group's tasks, and contribute with a positive attitude.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We Offer

We offer you hourly employment as a Pharmaceutical Assistant in the Pharmaceutical Preparation unit. We plan your working hours based on the needs of the operation and your availability, max. on average 16 hours per week. The work is performed on weekdays between 07:00 and 16:00. The introduction is planned according to your needs and previous experiences.
