About Kvibergsgatan

Kvibergsgatan is located in Byttorp. Here you work in a pleasant area with both villas, shops, and apartment buildings nearby. From Byttorp, you can quickly and easily get down Alingsåsvägen to the city center. You are close to the small lake Kolbränningen and a shorter illuminated trail.

The nursing and care home Kvibergsgatan 17 has seven departments. Four departments offer accommodation for people with dementia and have a total of 48 places. Three departments offer accommodation for people with somatic illnesses and have a total of 38 places.

• We have a collaboration with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14-18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
• You have a team leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operation. Becoming a team leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.
• Here we work with animals in care and regularly have visits from therapy dogs.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
