We are now looking for two specialist nursing assistants who want to contribute to creating safe and person-centered care for our elderly. Tunagården is located in Söder, about 1.5 kilometers from the center of Eskilstuna. Here we have close access to green areas, walking paths, and an environment that creates calm and comfort for both residents and staff. The facility has 129 apartments distributed across 12 units, ten dementia units, and two elderly care units. The positions are primarily based in the dementia unit, but work in the elderly care unit may occur.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist nursing assistant, you use your specialized skills to improve and develop the work in the unit. With your in-depth knowledge, you support and guide your colleagues in their daily work. You create a safe, meaningful, and active daily life for our clients. You motivate, support, and provide personal care based on each person's needs. You collaborate with colleagues, team leaders, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and relatives to provide safe and coordinated support. You are a primary care contact, have delegation of health and medical care tasks, and document your work. We work with digital methods where you document in Viva and sign in APPVA and the viva care app.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained specialist nursing assistant and is passionate about making a difference for our elderly. You have experience working in elderly care, and if you have also worked as a specialist nursing assistant, it is a merit. You are accustomed to documenting and feel comfortable with digital systems, preferably in Viva. You are open to receiving delegation and can work days, evenings, and every other weekend.

You are engaged and responsible, with the ability to take your own initiative in your work. You are driven to develop the organization and have a flexible attitude that makes you good at finding solutions and adapting to different situations. You see the big picture and are willing to try new working methods. You have an easy time communicating and building good relationships, both with clients and colleagues.
