JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition to teaching, your tasks will also include planning and developing the operations together with your colleagues. Furthermore, it is your responsibility as a teacher to work to challenge and support each student in their education. This is to create the best possible conditions for the students' future challenges and opportunities. In addition, the position also includes mentorship.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed teacher with qualifications in Swedish/Social Studies as well as Mathematics/Natural Sciences, English, and Music. You have good IT skills so that you can familiarize yourself with the systems we use daily. If you have knowledge of Unikum and Teams, that is a plus. We also consider previous experience working in schools as meritorious.

There are some abilities we see as particularly important in our job and that we hope you recognize in yourself. Collaborating with colleagues to create the best possible conditions for our students is one such ability. Building safe and trusting relationships is another - it is an asset for you in relation to your students as well as in your relationships with colleagues and guardians. A positive attitude and strong commitment also help to inspire and show students possibilities and solutions.
