Requirements: Licensed teacher in leisure education and art.
Position: Resource in grade 3 with teaching in art and work in the leisure center.
Musiklådan is a non-public school in Gottsunda, with one class in each grade from preschool to grade 6. The school has been run since 1994 by a parent association in close collaboration with the staff. Musiklådan is a small school where all staff know all the children, a good prerequisite for a safe school. Since 2018/19, IBIS (Inclusive Behavioral Support in Schools) has been an implemented tool for creating positive learning environments.
To promote children's learning and development, we invest a little extra in the practical and aesthetic subjects. The resource position includes responsibility for educational leisure during the school day, based on Lgr22/leisure education.
You are engaged and flexible and have a leadership style characterized by a lot of control and a lot of warmth, where you have oversight and supervision, work overlapping (encouraging and calming), focus on the group, and prepare students for transitions.
The temporary position is limited between 2025-01-07 and 2027-02-02.
