The Role

• You are responsible for SFI teaching that takes place in combination with language training placements at workplaces, in the project “Extended Early Interventions in Collaboration in Region Uppsala”.
• You maintain contact with the language training placements and follow up on students' development.
• Together with the sub-project leaders and labor market consultants, you help plan and implement the project's activities in Heby municipality. This means you may also receive other tasks within the framework of the project.
• The employment is temporary, lasting from January 1, 2026, to October 31, 2028.

Is this you?

We want you to:

• Have experience teaching SFI
• Have a passionate interest in pedagogy and language development initiatives
• Possess good collaboration skills and a willingness to cooperate with workplaces
• Hold a B driver's license
• Have good computer skills
• Have relevant education for the area

You are a flexible person with a good ability to plan, organize, and carry out your tasks. You are social and easily create trusting relationships. You are genuinely interested in the target group and find it easy to collaborate.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked on EU-funded projects (ESF or AMIF). We place great importance on personal suitability.
