Our Culture
At Euroform Group, we are building a culture that does not settle for the conventional. We believe in a daily life where people can think for themselves, think innovatively, and think long-term. We challenge the established to create value; by finding better ways forward and creating solutions that make a real difference for customers, colleagues, and the business.
Challenging the status quo is not a project or an initiative – it is the way we work. Every day. With respect. With commitment. With responsibility. And always with a clear customer focus.
Focus in Your Role
As the Tactical Planning and S&OP Lead, you are responsible for driving and developing our tactical planning. You ensure that the master plan (MPS) is accurate, realistic, and data-driven, and lead the cross-functional coordination between sales, production, purchasing, and logistics.
The work includes capacity analysis, forecast tracking, scenario work, and risk assessment. The role creates structure, predictability, and robust decision support.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Own and develop the tactical planning process
- Drive the S&OP process and facilitate cross-functional forums
- Ensure an updated and realistic MPS
- Balance capacity, materials, staffing, and customer forecasts
- Develop scenarios, forecasts, and analyses
- Monitor service level, planning stability, forecast accuracy, and capacity utilization
- Ensure quality in master data and drive improvement work
- Manage customer forecasts, EDI flows, and record updates
If We May Wish
The role suits you if you have many years of experience in tactical planning, material planning, demand planning, or supply chain in the manufacturing industry. This is your backyard, and you navigate comfortably in complex flows, drive tactical processes, and create structure even when conditions change.
To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:
- Documented experience of S&OP and working with decision support at a tactical level
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven approach
- Good understanding of the value chain from customer order to production and delivery
- Experience from organizations with multiple production units or corporate structures
- Experience in capacity planning and scenario work
- Good system understanding and experience working data-driven in planning and ERP environments
- Ability to prioritize and create direction in situations with multiple concurrent demands
- Integrity and ability to create consensus between functions
You are communicative and pedagogical, comfortable in cross-functional forums, and can easily explain consequences and ensure that decisions are based on the right analysis and prioritization. Experience with Power BI and other analytical tools is valuable, as is a background in improvement work related to planning or process development.
Is This the Right Place for You?
This is a role for you who wants to build and influence. It suits you who want to be close to the business and develop structures that create stability, foresight, and data-driven decision support. You have the mandate to formulate solutions and choices when the business needs to redirect, grow, or secure its pace forward.
Here, it is your analytical and communicative ability that makes a difference, and you are given the space to fully own the development of your process.
