We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Production Supervisor who takes clear ownership of the daily operations for one of our production units. You serve as the operational backbone of production, creating stability and quality, ensuring that everyday operations run smoothly – every day, every shift – together with your team.

You lead the work close to the operations, where decisions are made and results are seen immediately. You make balanced decisions and prioritize in real-time, ensuring that production, quality, and delivery goals are met – period.

Your Role Focus

As a Senior Production Supervisor, you have command over the daily operations. You lead a team of about 50 employees and are supported by a reliable and experienced group of team leaders whom you develop and sharpen. Your focus is to create an environment for drive and responsibility – a proactive team that pushes production forward.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading shifts with clear priorities and consistent follow-up
• Ensuring quality, delivery precision, and high pace in production
• Making quick and well-founded decisions on the floor when deviations occur
• Acting as a hub between production, technology/maintenance, quality, and planning
• Strengthening and coaching team leaders in their operational leadership
• Ensuring order, structure, and standardized working methods
• Driving improvement work that has a tangible effect on production
• Enhancing stability in the flows together with the shift teams

We hope you have:

• Experience leading larger teams in industrial production
• The ability to create drive, responsibility, and pace in shift teams
• A good understanding of quality, standardized working methods, and stable flows
• Experience leading through team leaders and developing their operational strength
• High work capacity and the ability to keep multiple processes running simultaneously
• Confidence to act when needed – even when time is short
• Familiarity with production tools, ERP, and MS365
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
