The Production Engineering function consists of teams within Production Technology, Customer Order Projects, and Industrialization Projects. Together, we work to ensure a high standard for both our products, production, and processes. Continuous improvements, automation, and smart flows are our focus, and we always prioritize safety.

The department consists of a total of 17 employees divided into 3 different teams. This role belongs to the Machine & Material team, which is responsible for our machinery and the flow of materials in our production.

We offer a developing and stimulating role where you work operationally with machine, production, automation, and flow improvements.

You will have a broad contact area and act as support and expert in your field for the rest of the organization. You will be involved in several stimulating development issues and have close contact with other functions within the company.

You will participate in both local & global optimization and investment projects with associated method development and risk analyses. At the same time, you will become an important technical support to production. The work is driven in accordance with LEAN methods.

This role is located on-site at our factory in Jönköping and will report to our Production Technology Manager.

We are looking for someone who is senior in their role, preferably with experience from the sheet metal industry. You are technically interested in machines, automation & have deep machine knowledge. You have a university degree in engineering or equivalent work experience. You need to have experience with machine investments from a larger manufacturing company and/or sales/purchase/service of machines/automation solutions.

As a person, you are driven, you have a holistic view and context while being meticulous and quality-conscious. The role places high demands on your communication skills and your team-oriented humility. We are a global company, so proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite.
