We are looking for a specialist physician in general medicine who wants to combine clinical work with the opportunity to take on a role as a medically responsible leader (MLA).

We have approximately 3,900 registered patients and a complete commitment according to Hälsovalet. We are around 20 employees from various professional groups who work closely together with great respect for each other's competencies. Here you will find specialists and ST doctors in general medicine, district nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and social workers. We also run a child health center and several nurse-led clinics in areas such as diabetes, elderly care, and hypertension.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist physician with us, you will play a central role in daily patient care. You will perform regular tasks within primary care and have the opportunity to combine this with the role of medically responsible leader. In the MLA assignment, you will be a key person in the development of the organization and actively participate in work related to quality, patient safety, and medical strategy together with the operations manager and management team.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine and authorized to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language proficiency in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is a requirement. Experience working in primary care is an advantage.
