We are looking for a district nurse/nurse with asthma/COPD expertise to Roslunda Health Center in Ängelholm – a role where you will have the opportunity to work broadly within primary care while contributing your specialist knowledge to develop our asthma/COPD clinic.

With us, you will have a varied everyday life with both outpatient work, telephone advice, and digital healthcare contacts via Achima Online. We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, enjoys working independently, and values good collaboration – both within the team and with our external healthcare partners.

About the position

• Regular duties for a district nurse/nurse at a health center with a particular focus on asthma/COPD clinic
• Collaboration with the municipality, inpatient care, and other stakeholders to create safe and cohesive care
• Opportunity to engage in improvement work and development of our working methods

About Roslunda Health Center

Achima Care Roslunda is a well-functioning health center with approximately 9,600 registered patients and a competent team of about 35 employees. We offer both planned and emergency care and have a close collaboration with the municipality, including our responsibility for five special accommodations (SÄBO).

We work according to the principles of Close Care – with the patient's needs and life situation at the center. This means that we are constantly looking for better, smarter, and more coordinated ways to meet our patients' needs.
