On behalf of Helsingborg Health Center, we are now looking for a nurse for their health center.

Helsingborg Health Center is part of a healthcare group with a health center, branch, midwifery clinic, and child health center (BVC). About the role:

We are now looking for a licensed nurse who wants to work in primary care and become an important part of our team. The position involves reception work with both planned and acute visits as well as telephone advice according to triage methodology. You will meet patients in various life situations and work closely with colleagues in a multidisciplinary team.

Based on your experience and interests, you may be responsible for your own clinic and develop expertise in areas such as diabetes, incontinence, wound healing, or rehabilitation. You will participate in rounds and collaboration meetings and contribute to the quality and improvement work of the organization. Documentation is done according to current guidelines, and we continuously work on digital development and process improvement.

We are looking for someone who is:

• A licensed nurse.

• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, which is a requirement for the position.

• Has a few years of experience, preferably from primary care or similar settings.

• Able to work independently but enjoys being part of a team.

• Has good clinical judgment and a professional, patient-centered approach.

• Experienced in documenting in medical record systems and following guidelines.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in telephone advice or digital care.

• Experience in managing your own clinic in primary care.

• Participation in quality work or development projects within healthcare.
