HMC in Lomma is part of the Medtanken Group, which operates healthcare centers, child health centers, maternal healthcare, and occupational health services in several locations in Skåne.

We started in Lomma in 2012 and are located in a historic, newly renovated building just a stone's throw from the sea. You can easily get to work by bike, bus, train (8 minutes by train from Malmö), or car (free parking at HMC).

We have a care agreement with Region Skåne for healthcare centers with specialist clinics (diabetes, asthma/COPD, and elderly care), psychologist, occupational therapist, dietitian, and physiotherapist.

Our working model is called the HMC model – some of our cornerstones are that we work closely together in real-time, that we maintain a non-judgmental approach towards our patients and colleagues, that we adhere to current evidence/recommendations, and that we actively work on behavior change for sustainable lifestyle habits.

About the position 

With us, you will be offered a varied and developing job where you, as a physician, work in collaboration with several professions. In your role, you will see both scheduled and acute patients, as well as participate in home healthcare. You will always have access to specialists for any questions.

As a new employee with us, you will receive an introduction tailored to your experiences so that you can integrate into the organization smoothly. Before your specialist training, you will collaborate with your supervisor and the ST study director to create a joint plan for your education.

You will have the opportunity, together with other employees, to develop the organization and participate in improvement and quality work. We believe that the educational environment should be evidence-based, developmental, and focused on patient-centered work.

All physicians are covered by a collective agreement between the Medical Association and the Employers' Association. About you

We are looking for a licensed physician with the authority to work within Swedish healthcare. You have good language skills in Swedish corresponding to level C1. You are a team player and see the benefits of collaboration and cooperation.

You are positive, unpretentious, clear in your communication, and have a good ability to structure and prioritize. As a person, you are team-oriented, solution-focused, and have a genuine interest in general medicine and primary care.

You are driven by meeting the patient where they are and have a desire to take responsibility for the entirety of the patient's care experience. You appreciate a smaller organization with short decision-making paths and a flexible working style and want to be part of a fantastic team of happy and competent colleagues.
