We are now looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician who will be an important part of our central support organization. In your role, you will be responsible for providing our customers with the service they need regarding technical issues and IT support. We are looking for someone who has a natural engagement for IT and is therefore involved and driven in the work you do. You should thrive in a role with a lot of responsibility and take both functionality and security into account. The role requires a high degree of service mindset and good communication skills.

About the role:

As an IT Support Technician, you are the company's face to the outside and responsible for providing first-class support to our customers and users. You will:

  • Handle escalated cases from 1st line, monitoring, and cases via our support system. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues within client, server, and network environments.
  • Escalate more complex cases.
  • Ensure that customers have a positive experience through quick and professional service.

We are looking for you who:

  • Have at least 4 years of work experience in IT support.
  • Have experience in a similar role.
  • Have networking knowledge.
  • Have previous experience working in a server environment (e.g., Windows).
  • Have experience with Windows OS, Office 365.
  • Are service-oriented, solution-focused, and have good communication skills.
  • Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English.

Meritorious:

  • Experience in complex and varied IT environments.
  • Experience with Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Linux.
