We now have a new need and are therefore looking for a consulting colleague with the qualifications below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work with clients or internal projects and commitments.

Your profile (Must have)

• Certified Scrum Master with at least 5 years of documented experience as a Scrum Master in development teams within government or system development projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in development with Java21, Angular19, OpenShift, and Oracle SQL.
• At least 5 years of experience leading a development team in projects with in-house developed systems, preferably within government or public sector. The experience should include planning, task distribution, technical leadership, and follow-up of development efforts.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience mentoring and coaching junior developers in the team, as well as supporting the team's development of both technical skills and work processes.
• Documented ability to effectively structure and prioritize complex tasks and coordinate multiple parallel activities in development projects.
• Documented ability to communicate clearly and structured with both development teams and clients and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Documented ability to quickly analyze and solve complex technical or organizational problems within development projects, and to prioritize solutions that provide the greatest benefit for the team and the client.
• Documented experience in developing and integrating REST-based APIs.
