As a customer service representative, you will initially handle incoming emails from existing and potential customers. Your mission will be to provide high-quality service by advising Snälltåget's customers, answering their questions, and resolving simpler issues via both email and phone. In each case, you need to help the customer find the right solutions and ease their everyday life. The work will take place in Snälltåget's own booking system as well as in Salesforce. Your focus will be on creating fantastic customer interactions, high engagement, and clear objectives.

There will be times when you are alone in the office, so it is important that you are self-driven and enjoy taking on your own responsibilities. The working hours are mainly scheduled for evenings and weekends to allow you to combine it more easily with your studies. You need to be available to work at least 16 hours a week and be able to work up to full-time during the Christmas and summer periods.

At the beginning of your employment, you will be offered thorough training and guidance, and thereafter you are expected to work independently with the tasks. The position is expected to start as soon as we find the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying and has at least 1.5 years left of their studies.
• Is meticulous, self-driven, responsible, and has good communication skills.
• Has prior experience in customer service.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, and it is a plus if you speak German.
